About Healing Hearts LA
Hello
I’m Sheila, Master Certified Life Coach and BodyTalk™ Practitioner based in Los Angeles. My holistic, trauma-informed approach towards healing from narcissistic abuse is unique in that it addresses both the mental/emotional and spiritual/physical wounds and provides complete healing and recovery.
I am passionate about helping others heal from this type of abuse, because, like you, I am a survivor of narcissistic relationships. I understand the immense toll and trauma that they can impart, and I am deeply familiar with the work, energy, effort, tools, and discipline it takes to actually recover fully from them.
Real healing is possible. The pain will pass, and a thriving, vibrant life full of love and peace is available to you, if you truly want it and are willing to show up and do the work. Are you ready to heal your heart and make sure this never happens again? Contact me for a free, no obligation consultation call today and let’s get started.

The Hearts Healing model for NPD recovery
Understanding: to heal from the narcissist, one must first understand the narcissist. Their pathology runs deep, and is counter to everything logical. This requires an openness and curiosity about the disorder as well as your own beliefs and why you were a target for them. Seeing them for what they really are assists in detaching yourself from their sickness.
Accepting: after understanding comes radical acceptance: this is who they are and will always be; as a rule, narcissists do not recover from their dysfunction. It is often “baked in” to their personality at an early age, and would take an incredible amount of self-awareness, determination, and ego death on their part for them to even consider healing, which we will learn is in opposition to their nature. Radical acceptance of these facts helps us to walk away and not look back.
Healing: with the knowledge and accepting comes healing. This is a long and painful path, as those who wind up with narcissistic people are often sensitive and empathetic themselves, which makes their pain all the more pronounced. It took you months or even years to reach rock bottom; it will take some time to climb back out. This process can be expedited with the support of a knowledgable healer.
Release: once all the elements of this healing journey are aligned, your body will be ready to release the stored trauma. This is the final step that most counselors, therapists, and coaches miss. The body “keeps the score” until you clear the board directly through methods like BodyTalk, EFT tapping, reiki, EMDR, breath work, and other somatic exercises. The goal is to align your mind, heart, body, and spirit in order to restore you to your full sense of self.
